CONTRACT OF SALE

AUGUST 2005

         1.     Foals will be vet checked after birth. A copy of  paperwork can be obtained at the time of sale or pickup date.

2.      All jack foals will be priced accordingly and Jennets will  start at $1000 and up.

3.      Seller agrees to pay for any vet bills  occurred during foals time of birth to sale date. 

4.      Seller will at time of sale guarantee a healthy foal, if foal is to be shipped out of state, buyer agrees to pay for coggins test of $20.00.

5.      Buyer agrees to have foal vet checked within 48 hours of delivery, by a licensed vet to insure health status.  If not done with in 48 hours contract is voided.

6.       Buyer has agreed to a NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT .  This will hold a foal for the buyer until the foal is weaned, full payment will be paid at time of pick up or delivery.  This will also be for any adults being sold.  If donkey is not picked up by Date mentioned.  Stable fees will be at $10.00 per day until pick up or delivery.

     ALL adults will be sold as is and will be up to date on shots  price may vary..
